Install on Bitrix24

ChatPilot (WhatsApp, Telegram) is installed from Bitrix24 Market in one click. No keys, webhooks or technical settings are needed; it takes about 2 minutes.

Your Bitrix24 address

The portal address from your browser, for example company.bitrix24.com. Enter it and we will open the app page right in your portal.

Install from Market

On the page that opens, click Install, accept the terms and grant the requested permissions. You can also open Market in Bitrix24 and search for ChatPilot (WhatsApp, Telegram).

Open the app

After installation ChatPilot (WhatsApp, Telegram) appears in your left menu and the 4-day free trial starts automatically. The app creates the WhatsApp connector for Open Channels by itself.

Connect your WhatsApp number

Click Add new connection, choose or create an Open Channel and scan the QR code in WhatsApp on your phone: Settings → Linked devices → Link a device. When the card turns green, messages start arriving in the Open Channel.
